Autism Levels Re-assessment

Autism Levels Re-assessment (DSM-5-TR) — Adelaide & Telehealth

Clear, practical evidence for your next steps. Your Calmer Mind provides DSM-5-TR autism levels/support-needs re-assessments with a functional focus—purpose-built for NDIS, education, and workplace supports. Available in Adelaide and via secure telehealth.

Who this service is for

  • You have a prior autism diagnosis and need an updated level/support-needs statement.

  • You need NDIS-ready evidence that focuses on day-to-day function and support requirements.

  • You want concrete recommendations for home, community, education, and work.

  • You prefer a neuro-affirming, low-stress process.

What you’ll receive

  • Targeted clinical interview (60 minutes; telehealth or in-person Adelaide)

  • Brief functional/adaptive check-ins (e.g., validated snapshot tools; stakeholder input with consent)

  • Comprehensive report including:

    • DSM-5-TR level/support-needs statement

    • Functional impacts across domains (daily living, social/communication, self-management/safety, community access, learning/education, work)

    • Clear, actionable recommendations mapped to NDIS/education/workplace contexts

Evidence that decision-makers can use

We write in clear, accessible language with findings aligned to real-world supports. While outcomes remain the decision of the NDIS/educators/employers, our reports are designed to be practical, specific, and decision-ready.

Telehealth or in-person

Both options are available. Telehealth works well; where observation/collateral is helpful, we include it via structured interview and consented stakeholder input.

What to send before we meet

  • Your prior ASD diagnostic report

  • Any recent FCA/Vineland/WHODAS snapshots (if you have them)

  • A short note on what’s changed since your last report (daily living, safety, community participation, study/work)

If you don’t have all of this, that’s okay—send what you can and we’ll guide you.
