The benefits of movement and stillness in overcoming stress, anxiety and trauma are well documented; however, we understand that it can be difficult to integrate health-giving habits into our busy daily lives, despite good intentions.  As part of our wellbeing services, Rachel can work with you to establish simple yet effective yoga and meditation routines for reducing stress and building some joyful calm into your life, with guidance on how to set up a home space and practices. Hypnotherapy can also be integrated into your work with Rachel so that establishing new habits that you want in your life will flow more easily.

Rachel is a relaxed, playful and nurturing teacher, always willing to help others on their pursuit for wellbeing and peace. She teaches gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness that integrate easily into your busy life to connect your mind with your body and maintain balance. 

We have lots of ways you can experience yoga and meditation with Rachel:

  • Classes are held 9.30am Saturday mornings in Bridgewater. 
  • Personalised one-on-one yoga and/or meditation and mindfulness sessions.  
  • Yoga and/or meditation sessions at your workplace
