At Your Calmer Mind we pride ourselves in offering a holistic range of Wellbeing services. The benefits of movement and stillness in overcoming stress, anxiety and trauma are well documented; however, we understand that it can be difficult to integrate health-giving habits into our busy daily lives, despite good intentions.

As part of our wellbeing services, Rachel can work with you to establish simple yet effective yoga and meditation to mindful art routines for reducing stress and building some joyful calm into your life, with guidance on how to set up a home space and practices. Hypnotherapy can also be integrated into your work with Rachel so that establishing new habits that you want in your life will flow more easily.
