Our order cut-off time is Thursday at 11:59 pm (AEDT) weekly. Orders received after the cut off time will be sent on the next next Monday via Express Post.
We will combine orders for our customers after the order cut-off time, and extra shipping cost will be refunded. You will receive our email for details. Please notes that only orders placed under same account with same shipping address will be combined. We DO NOT combine orders for 2 different accounts even if they have the same shipping address.
Postage costs $8.8 within Australia national wide, we DO NOT post products to overseas addresses. Free shipping for all orders over $100.
We only send products via express post to avoid damage due to longer transit time. Damage, delay, or loss in transit does occasionally happen. We do not take responsibility for any parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post. An Australia Post tracking number will always be provided to you.
We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to products that occurs once we have handed the order over to Australia Post.
Some products may look slightly different from the photo on our product pages. Photos on individual product pages are of our stock, but products do vary in appearance, and can also change based on the time of year, and our current stock of materials.
If you are not satisfied with your order and believe it is due to something in our control, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss. We can offer a replacement for products that do not reasonably meet expectations based on descriptions provided by us, however we do not offer refunds unless the client bears the cost for postage.
