After 25 years of a successful career as a chartered accountant, in 2013 Rachel’s health took a downturn for a while when suffering from stress-induced seizures. Whilst distressing at the time, this turned out to be a blessing as it led Rachel to her much-loved work as a clinical hypnotherapist and yoga/meditation teacher. It was also a time when she pursued her creative endeavours for stress relief, which she now enjoys sharing with others at her workshops.
Having profoundly experienced the effects of stress and burnout, and a subsequent personal journey of restoration through the use of self-compassion, mindfulness and gratitude, Rachel is a very practical and insightful practitioner in the wellbeing field.
As a clinical hypnotherapist, Rachel enjoys working with people to implement sustainable changes to achieve clients’ personal goals. Rachel can work with you to reduce and eliminate habit-formed behaviours (eg ceasing cigarettes, nail biting, reducing alcohol), anxiety, stress management, grief and loss, pain management, improving performance, motivation, healthy eating, weight loss, aversions, fears and phobias, compulsions, improving self confidence, sleep, and much more.
Clients find Rachel’s calm manner and our tranquil, safe, supportive space ideal for settling into a deeply relaxed state in which clinical hypnosis can be very effective to bring about the changes they are seeking in their lives.

As part of our holistic approach to wellbeing, Rachel also works with clients to explore practices that develop enjoyable healthy rituals that utilise movement, meditation, mindfulness and art through individual or group yoga and meditation, mandala art workshops and wellbeing in the workplace training.
You’ll appreciate Rachel’s nurturing, relaxed, light-hearted, sensitive and remarkably intuitive nature, as she provides you with an experience that gives you a sustained feeling of renewed energy, self-belief and a calmer mind.
