Andrew is the founder of Your Calmer Mind and, as a Trauma Psychologist, has a particular interest in supporting adults with stress, burnout and trauma (including work-related psychological injuries, motor vehicle trauma, and supporting first responders).
Rachel is both a certified meditation and yoga teacher with a strong focus on mindfulness, meditation and creativity for wellbeing. She facilitates unique mindful art and meditation workshops and one on one’s. Her approach enables her to create a beautiful, safe, supportive space for people to experience the mindful activities of yoga, meditation and art.
Charles is a systemic counsellor and family therapist. He is especially interested in helping people living with complex and comorbid mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the traumatic effects of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
