MANDALA WORKSHOPS

Practical.  Soulful.  Entertaining.  Learn how to create your very own mandalas at one of our much-loved workshops guided by Rachel Grant in our tranquil wellbeing space or at your workplace or community centre. 

Mandalas are an ancient, meditative art form which help focus and calm the mind as you unlock your creativity and nurture your inner-self.  Rachel is an exceptional instructor and she’ll teach you all the simple skills you need to create a truly magical piece of art.  The workshops are suitable for beginners and absolutely no art skills are required for this practical 2 hour introduction to monochrome mandalas. Take a look at some beautiful creations by students! 

The workshop includes all the tools and materials needed to create your art work.  You’ll also be given an instructional handbook and stationery to take home so you can confidently continue with your mindful art beyond the workshop.

Enjoy some time for relaxation, reflection, balance and healing. Tickets are just $44 each and workshop groups are small to give Rachel the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with everyone.

You can also arrange for Rachel to visit your workplace, community group or friendship circle to facilitate a meditation or mandala workshop.  These workshops are great to bring mindfulness into the workplace and are also a lot of fun for your special event such as a Christmas party, birthday party, women’s circle or girls’ night out.  Call Rachel on 8339-8313 to make a booking.
