Andrew is the founder of Your Calmer Mind and, as the Principal Psychologist in clinical practice, has a particular interest in supporting adults with stress, burnout and trauma (including work-related psychological injuries, motor vehicle trauma, and supporting first responders).
Rachel is our principal clinical hypnotherapist with very supportive, insightful and warm style, utilising hypnotherapy in a manner which is highly personalised to each client. Rachel works with clients across a range of issues that respond well to hypnotherapy including habit changes, stress and anxiety, self-confidence, job or sporting performance, quitting smoking, weight loss, and much more. Rachel thrives on developing enjoyable, practical and sustainable solutions for your wellbeing and wellness. Rachel is also a certified meditation and yoga teacher and facilitates unique mindful mandala workshops, delivering each with an approach that makes these mindful activities accessible to everyone.
Charles is a systemic counsellor and family therapist. He is especially interested in helping people living with complex and comorbid mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the traumatic effects of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
